Organizing Committee Architecture：
There is an office which officer and deputy officer will doubling from Organizing Committee. There are seven sections like Secretariat Section, Planning Section, Publicity Section, Investment Section, Buyer Service Center, Equipment Section, Security Section in charge of routine work.
Their responsibilities are as follow:
1、Secretariat Section: General work arrangement, personnel recruiting, transport, secretary training, protocoles publiques, office support & management of the warehouse, financial revenues and expenditures, reception and liaison, preparing meetings etc..
2、Planning Section: General planning, coordination, design, event planning, organize, supervise, direct all events.
3、Publicity Section: Drafting document, promotion program plan, design, produce and release, promotion campaign organization, media reception and liaison.
4、Investment Section: Collect and sort investment material, organize investment activities, finish all detail work like investment and show.
5、Buyer Service Center: Invite at home and aboard buyers, track service for on line pre-register buyer; pick up VIP buyers and group buyers; set buyer reception centre, buyer negotiation room, VIP buyer lounge in the spot; arrange free shuttle bus, invite buyers and provide guiding service on Canton Fair and Hong Kong Electronics Fair; prepare Buyer Night and invite buyers.
6、Equipment Section: venue decoration, construction works, facilities maintenance, Venue Management, site safety and so on.
7、Security Section: site safety, environmental sanitation and so on.
