1. Pre-register Method
<1> Object
(1) Group buyers organized by National and local guilds and Business Organization.
(2)All Producers, Traders, wholesaler, retailer Buyers in Electronic & Computer field
(3)Abroad Buyers
<2>Fee: Every company could get one hotel room one night for free. Hotel Level is from 3star~5star. All other expense will be charged on visitors.
<3>Pre-register Method:
Fill Application Form and fax back to 3C EXPO Organizing Committee before Sep.10, 2009. 3C EXPO will audit all the application before Sep. 20, 2009 then send visit Buyer Card to final permitted visitors.
<4> Not pre-register visitors should bring along their business cards to 3C EXPO and register on spot .
2. Free Hotel Room:
<1> Please check in on time after apply free hotel room and it gets confirmed. Room user must use its ID card to check in and be confirmed by 3C EXPO Organizing Committee.
<2> 3C EXPO Organizing Committee has the right to change hotel room or user names.
3. Rules:
<1> Besides the above rules, Organizing Committee will follow ‘first come first service’ rule.
<2> Hotel only offers free room to the chosen customer and the chosen date according to Organizing Committee.
<3> Organizing Committee only offers free hotel room. Other expend will be charged on room users.
<4> All rights will be explained by 3C EXPO Organizing Committee.
4. Value added service
<1> There will be free shuttle bus between hotel and exhibition hall.
<2> Other favorable service please refer to hotel notice.
5. Warm Reminder
<1> To save your time, you can download the application form and fill out then fax or email to buyer service center(fax : （86）-769-22813256, email: 3cexpo@china.com. We will provide you best service at first time.)
<2> We reserve the right to accept visitors’ application and certificate for identity.
